| Layout | After you upload your picture(s), we’ll create a free layout of your item and send you a digital proof that you can review and make changes to. After you approve the layout, we’ll print your item and then ship it to you. |

| Image Size | It is advisable to send us your photos in the same proportions as your tile. For example, if you order a 2"x2" tile, and since a 2"x2" tile has a 1:1 proportion, your photo should also be sent to us already cropped to a 1:1 proportion. If you cannot edit your own photos, we can do the resizing/cropping for you. |
| Image Resolution | The higher the resolution of your uploaded image, the better. We can print low resolution images, however the quality isn't as good as higher resolution images. |
