Layout	After you upload your picture(s), we’ll create a free layout of your item and send you a digital proof that you can review and make changes to. After you approve the layout, we’ll print your item and then ship it to you.
Image Size	It is advisable to send us your photos in the same proportions as your tile. For example, if you order a 2"x2" tile, and since a 2"x2" tile has a 1:1 proportion, your photo should also be sent to us already cropped to a 1:1 proportion. If you cannot edit your own photos, we can do the resizing/cropping for you.
Image Resolution	The higher the resolution of your uploaded image, the better. We can print low resolution images, however the quality isn't as good as higher resolution images.
